Refund and Returns Policy

At HerbPharm, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy with your order, we’re here to help. Please read our refund and returns policy carefully to understand your rights and our process.

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return or exchange under the following conditions:

  • The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

  • The return request must be made within 30 days of delivery.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Opened or used products cannot be returned due to health and safety regulations.

2. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our customer support team at support@herbpharm.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Our team will review your request and provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and return instructions.

  3. Pack the item securely and include the RA number with your shipment.

Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

3. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will:

  • Notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Shipping fees and handling charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@herbpharm.com with photos of the product and packaging. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:

  • Check your bank or payment account again.

  • Contact your credit card company or bank — it may take additional processing time.
    If you still haven’t received it, please email us at billing@herbpharm.com.

6. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at support@herbpharm.com.

7. Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards or promotional items

  • Opened or used products

  • Clearance or discounted sale items
